Our Team

From the Principal’s Desk

Our programmes are designed to mirror and extend the skills required in the Singapore school system. This means that what students practise with us, from composition writing to oral communication, directly supports what they are assessed on in school. The alignment ensures that every skill learnt has immediate, practical benefits in their academic performance.

I like to think of each student as the main character in their own unfolding story. Some begin their chapters with bold, exciting scenes, while others take time to set the stage, slowly revealing the depth of their ideas. In every good composition, curiosity is the plot twist that keeps the reader hooked. Without it, the story feels flat and uninspired. Encouragement is the editing process that strengthens every paragraph, refining their confidence line by line. Challenges are like complex subplots. Sometimes tricky to navigate, but essential for creating a richer, more memorable story.

As educators, we are the co-authors and editors of these stories, guiding, refining and knowing when to let the student’s own voice shine through. But creating these stories takes more than a single writer’s effort. It requires an entire publishing team, from curriculum designers and teacher trainers to operations and leadership, working together to ensure every “manuscript” (our students’ learning journeys) is supported, polished and ready for the world.

When our students feel understood, supported, and inspired, they do not just write better stories; they learn to believe in their ability to create something truly remarkable. And just like a beautifully bound book, a centre filled with nurtured, confident learners becomes something to treasure — page after page, chapter after chapter.
