This September, enrol your child in our 4-day intensive PSLE prep programme focused on Creative Writing and Paper 2 mastery.
Each session runs for 2.5 hours—with 1 hour dedicated to crucial Paper 2 components and 1.5 hours to Creative Writing. Designed to target component weaknesses experienced by students, our senior teachers ensure every session delivers maximum value.
Language Paper 1: Creative Writing
PSLE writing topics change yearly, and a strong grasp of plot manipulation can greatly boost performance. By focusing on relevant genres and using progress-driven materials, your child will build real writing strength. Each day, your P6 child will write a composition, applying new creative phrases and techniques. With a 95% PSLE topic accuracy since 2012, and lessons aligned to MOE assessment standards, your child will receive detailed marking and targeted improvement.
Language Paper 2: Compre Cloze, Synthesis & Transformation, Compre Open-Ended
Comprehension Cloze
It’s time to tackle your child’s weak spots and conquer the Comprehension (Cloze) section of PSLE Paper 2. This segment offers targeted practice and dedicated guidance to boost performance. Your child will strengthen their inferential skills and critical thinking for Compre Cloze—key skills for success in this high-weightage component.
Comprehension (Open-Ended)
Unlock your child’s potential in Comprehension (Open-Ended) with targeted guidance from our experienced teachers. This segment builds essential skills in inference, analysis, and evaluation through rigorous practice and strategic text breakdowns.
Synthesis and Transformation
Equip your child to excel in Synthesis and Transformation, a high-weightage component of PSLE Paper 2. Our specialised programme offers step-by-step guidance and targeted practice to strengthen your child’s skills in sentence manipulation. With support from our experienced teachers, your child will gain more tips on how to remember sentence patterns and answer with more accuracy.

Paper 1: Creative Writing
- Revising essential plot structure
- Expanding plot with conflicts, climax and crises in the storyline
- Describing settings and characters vividly
- Having fun creating at least one plot twist in the stories
- Cleverly depicting falling actions in the plot
- Coming up with story endings that drive home specific messages
Paper 2 Components
Compre Cloze
- Strengthen collocation skills for accurately filling in missing words, instilling confidence.
- Genre-Specific Wording Proficiency: Master genre-specific language to answer effectively, bolstering comprehension skills.
Comprehension Open-Ended
- Develop the ability to infer, analyse, and evaluate information effectively, leading to improved critical thinking skills.
- Gain insight into strengths and weaknesses, empowering students to identify areas for improvement and overcome harder questions.
Synthesis and Transformation
- Develop proficiency in manipulating language structures, improving grammar and syntax.
- Answer with accuracy, including self check tips.
